First, I love the convenience and the build quality! Second, I had one break after about a month of using it for the pressure washer side and one of the washers came out. McKillans sent me a whole new set. No questions asked, just shipped it and I had it two days later. Awesome customer service!!!
I sent an email with a few questions and received a reply a day later with detailed information. Customer service was excellent!!!! Ordering on line was easy and I received the products within a week. Fittings are well made as advertised. Installation was simple and worked perfect with no issues.

Just received today and installed. Unfortunately have leaks at both of the Garden Hose Couplers, right in the middle with the quick connect engages. Disappointed because as advertised, this was to be leak free.

A must have no more squeezing the trigger and having your tip shoot out and hitting the paint waiting with excitement for the new lance with the push connector female 1/4 “ connectors would be great too
Fittings are made very well, and replacement gaskets are provided when they need to be replaced. I really love the push-to-connect feature. Can't wait for the other products to be released, like the pressure washer hose and the gallon jug system. It's gonna be fire!
I had the original non automatic McMillans quick connects. And I’m soooooooo happy I upgraded to the automatic these things are absolutely amazing. Cant wait for the next round of waitlist products to come out. So pumped.
Hooked up beautifully to the new Ryobi 1.8 gpm pressure washer and my garden hose. Makes connecting and turning it on a breeze. I could never go back.

UPS lost the contents of my ordered package and Juan from customer service bent over backwards to get me a replacement order sent by a different delivery company, the USPS and it arrived 3-4 days earlier than qouted. I highly recommend anything they sell right now.

The Automatic M22-24MM quick connect kit are high quality. I like the easy to use push to connect design. If you have an older gas powered pressure washer, make sure you have the correct size quick connect where it attaches to the pump outlet. You may need to order a female quick connect plug that connects to your pump outlet.

Love it! Only problem is I forgot I upgraded my hose to 3/8” fittings, so I only used one M22-14 fitting from the kit. Oopsmybad! Ordered the correct parts the second time. Now I have spares. Maybe I can give them to the kiddo.

I have used brass quick connects (QC) manufactured by Nelson and Gilmore on my gas powered pressure washer and garden hoses for years. In considering an electric pressure washer for car washing, I came across the Auto QCs sold by McKillans. I initially purchased the Auto M22-14mm QC Kit and an O-Ring maintenance Kit. After receiving the Auto QC kit and examining/testing the connectors, I was really impressed with how the Auto QCs worked and their quality. The ease and ability to make the hose connection with one hand is a game changer. While it does save a little time and effort in making connections and disconnects, the convenience is even more important if you are carrying something in the other hand or if you are in an awkward position while making a connection. After testing the auto QC on my garden hose and my pressure washer hose, I was sold on them and ordered two additional sets of Automatic Garden Hose Quick Connects for my other garden hoses and Automatic 1/4” NPT Stainless Quick Connects (2-pack) for my pressure wand. I am cautiously optimistic that the Auto QCs will hold up much longer without leaks than regular QCs. McKillans Auto QCs rely on internal o-rings to seal the connections while regular, non-auto QCs rely on a rubber washer inside the garden hose female coupler to form a seal against the garden hose male plugs. My experience with regular QCs is that the washers have to be replaced every year or two or you end up with a leaky connection. This is especially true because my female QCs are rarely removed from my spigots and hoses and are continually exposed to the elements. Well done McKillans!
