Return Policy
We want you to love our products as much as you love detailing. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly on McKillans.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All returns must be submitted via our Support Portal within 30 days of delivery and approved in advance. Replacement orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. A prepaid return label will be provided and the item must be returned before a replacement or store credit is issued.
HF1 Orders: All HF1 products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. The HF1 Starter Kit, and HF1 Ultimate Kit are sold as complete units at a fixed price. For kits, opening or using any component, or returning parts separately, is not permitted.
For product defects please contact us via our Support Portal for coverage under warranty.
Shipping Costs:
Once the return is approved you will receive a free return shipping label for orders within Continental USA and Canada, except for HF1 products. Return shipping for HF1 items and all other international orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days* to process and inspect your return. Note that any shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
If approved, you will be notified by email and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for a credit to appear in your account.
If the return does not meet our criteria the return will not be eligible for a refund. Under certain conditions, subject to our approval, partial refunds may be granted. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply based on item condition and processing costs.
Lost Orders: If your order appears to be lost or missing in transit, please refer to the Lost Packages section of our Shipping Policy for claim eligibility and deadlines. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.
* Note processing times may increase during sales and holiday periods.

For exchanges please return your purchase for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
