Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

We process orders received by 1 PM PST on the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US and Canadian public holidays.

USA and Canada Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) within the Continental USA and Canada for all pressure washer accessories. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available at rates displayed at checkout.

Note: Pressure washers carry a $50 flat rate shipping fee, currently waived. Free shipping on pressure washers is available for a limited time and subject to change without notice. The shipping rate at the time of order confirmation applies.

International Shipping:

We ship to Australia, select countries across Europe, the Middle East, and 100+ destinations worldwide. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

All shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout. There are no surprise charges on delivery. International orders arrive in an estimated 8-12 business days. Customs clearance times vary by destination and may cause delays.

Local Pickup:

At this time, we do not offer local pickup options.

Lost Packages:

If your package tracking shows "delivered" but has not been received, please check with your neighbors and the local postal carrier, as it may be misplaced.

If your package is still missing or has not been delivered 3 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us via our Support Portal for a resolution.

Claims for lost or missing packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic orders, and within 14 days for international orders. Claims submitted after these deadlines will not be eligible for resolution.
